RETURNS

  • We offer complimentary 30-day exchanges for an alternate item or store credit for customers in the US. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window begins from the day the shipment is delivered.

    All sale items are Final Sale.

    To be eligible for an exchange:

    • Items must be in their original condition, free from wear or damage.

    • Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).

    • For sets, all items must be returned as a complete set; individual items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited separately.

     Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
